Dinner from last night: Stir-fried chili chicken with bell peppers and snow peas.  Got the recipe from the June/July 2012 issue of Fine Cooking.  Just substituted chicken for beef.

Dinner tonight.  Beef kabobs and couscous with asparagus, scallions, and sunflower seeds.  YUM.

Last night for dinner, we made Ghanaian peanut butter soup with rice balls!

Dinner from Saturday night!  Filet mignon, roasted potatoes with carrots, onions, garlic, and rosemary, and steamed asparagus with a lemon-butter sauce.

Lunch from today!  Penne pasta with seared chicken breast, spinach, canellinni beans, roasted red pepper, garlic, and rosemary.  It was so delicious.  I had such a good day today, and this meal definitely fit.
